In order for us to process your request accurately we will need more information from you as to your requirements in home size, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, locations and price range, etc.
The more information you give us the more accurate we will be in sending you homes to view on line that will interest you.
After we receive your wish list we will enter the information into the Columbia MLS system and you will start receive the new listings as they come on each day. This will keep you up-to-date each day as to the homes that are for sale.
At any time that you wish to have more information on any particular home or wish to view any of these homes you may e-mail with your request.
We Understand that most people start looking at homes two years before they actually purchase. This is not a problem for us. Buying a home is a huge decision.
At any point that you would wish to have some information on the financing available to you just e-mail us and we will send you three companies that we have delt with in the past and who we recommend. There are many programs to help everyone with there particular financial needs.
